In Feb 2014 McArthur Global Ltd were contracted to manage the end to end process of relocating Anglian Water’s Head Office to new premises in Huntingdon – project value £7.5m.
The scope of the project included the re-modelling and re-furbishment of the new building, to accommodate the head office staff in a new open plan collaborative working environment. Full management of the design team and main contractor, selection and delivery of the new furniture solution, all moves and logistics.
As part of the delivery McArthur Global Ltd also managed the AW stakeholders and ensured the IT delivery was fit for purpose and delivered within the main programme milestones. The project culminated in the successful move of all staff and their equipment, over three weekends, with no disruption to business and was delivered on time and within budget.
More recently, McArthur Global were asked to assist in ‘kick starting’ the accommodation programme of works on AW’s operational sites.
