Responsible for the mobilisation of all FM Services and specialist services. Management of steady state delivery. Developed the Operational Delivery Improvement Plan.

Highlights

Largest PFT healthcare contract in the UK – total project cost including St. Bartholomew’s Hospital refurbishments & extension – £1.2 billion. Developed & delivered the joint commissioning and moved programme with the NHS trust with tight timelines. Largest new hospital in the UK at the time. Worked with the Trust to successfully move 11,000 staff and transition all patients from the old premises.
