Role:

Facilities Management services across the UK and EMEA. Implementation of roadmaps for out-sourced hard, soft and environmental services. Management of COMAH risk assessments and mitigation across the Royston site to ensure regulatory compliance and site relations with the neighbours, local community and the Local Authority. Delivery management of building-related capital investment projects including M&E, control and security systems, internal and external fabric.

Highlights:

Managed the first major outsourcing initiative of facilities services to EMEA. Managed the COVID-19 steering groups and produced the return-to-office protocols worldwide. Identified major cost savings throughout the property and facilities functions.
